Collision Damage Waiver
Collision Damage Waiver (C.D.W.) Full insurance with excess according to car group that reduces the renders’ liability for damage to our vehicles. If, according to police or insurance, the accident is not renters’/driver's responsibility no amount is to be paid.

Insurance Excess
Excess amount according to car groups: B1, C1 €500  |  C2, D1, G1 €600  |  D2, E1, H1, H2, H3 €700

General Terms

1. The hirer declares that he received the said Vehicle in good working condition and he further agrees to return the Vehicle to the owner in the same condition as he received it. The hirer shall be responsible to indemnify the owner for any damage caused to the Vehicle during the existence of the agreement.

2. The hirer agrees to be responsible for the amount of any damage which may be caused to the said Vehicle whilst it is in his charge.

3. The hirer agrees that he will not permit any other person to drive the said Vehicle unless previously agreed and signified on the agreement by the owner.

4. The hirer agreed that failure to adhere to strictly to clause No.3 will render him in addition to the above responsible for any damage caused to the Vehicle during the period of hire.

5. The hirer will be bound to pay to the owner €20.00 per day up to a maximum of twenty five days when the vehicle is under repair.

6. In the event of the said Vehicle not being returned to the owner on the agreed date and agreed time, such delay being due to circumstances within the hirer's control, the hirer agrees to pay the owner the sum of €2.00 for every hour or part of an hour of such delay.

7. The owner hereby certifies that he has informed the hirer that the Vehicle is covered by 3RD Party Insurance only as required by the Laws and in cause of damages not covered, the hirer remains responsible. The hirer may, if he wishes to pay €20.00 per day and be fully insured with an excess of: (see our excess table above)

8. In the event of legal proceedings being taken in connection with any matter associated with this agreement the hirer agrees to obey and abide by the ruling of the court of the Republic of Cyprus.

9. No retardation forbearance or indulgence by the Owner in enforcing any of the terms and conditions of this agreement shall prejudice or affect the rights and powers of the Owner hereunder not shall any waiver or any breach operate as a waiver or any subsequent of continuing breach.

10. The said Vehicle will be used within the geographical area of Cyprus which is under full control of the Government of the Republic of Cyprus (or the authorities of the British Sovereign Base Areas) and will not be used in areas under the control of the Turkish Army or Turkish Cypriots or in near proximity to these areas. The hirer undertakes personally to indemnify and keep harmless the Owner in case he suffers any loss or damage be reason of breach of the above undertaking.

11. The driver is responsible for any damages to the Vehicle caused by the driver while under the influence of alcohol.

12. No refund will be made by the owner in case the hired Vehicle is returned prior to the agreed time of return.
